RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Some health and personal care items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, video games, cassette, vinyl, software)

Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or missing refunds:

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at info@hypekillsnyc.com and ship your item to:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
